EUGENE, ORE. - IDX, Inc. of Eugene is proud to introduce the 2007 Tour of Homes
website, at www.tourofhomes.com, showcasing twenty-nine newly constructed homes from
twenty-seven Lane County home builders. The new Tour of Homes website will be
unveiled at 12pm on July 20, 2007.

Intuitive design and creative development have lead to continual civic interest in
this event. With the goal of benefiting members of the Home Builders Association
and community members alike, the HBA begins its twenty-second year of bringing home
builders and consumers together to share ideas and enjoy an artistic appreciation of
newly built homes.

The Tour of Homes website provides a simple yet elegant view of the event's details,
allowing visitors to effortlessly navigate the information within its pages.
Welcoming interested individuals to the Tour of Homes, an introduction to the Home
Builders Association of Lane County describes the features of the event, its
history, and purpose. "The Tour of Homes website is always a fun project for our
team here at IDX." Says Chad Barczak, CEO of IDX, Inc., "We have been working in
collaboration with the HBA of Lane County for many years now, in an effort to
seamlessly integrate the online and offline offerings for this major event."

A contributor's page lists nearly 60 contributing businesses and vendors whose work
and donations have made the 2007 Tour of Homes possible. There is also a builder's
page which provides the names and contact information for those whose artistic
visions made the homes the works of art they truly are. Viewing the Tour of Homes
website allows users to 'tour' homes according to size, price, builder, and
location. Interactive maps for the seven locations (Northwest, Southwest, and
Northeast Eugene, the University area, rural Springfield, Springfield, and Veneta)
make it easy to view exactly what is desired without having to search lists - and
without have to leave home.

About the Home Builders Association of Lane County
Founded in 1956, the Home Builders Association of Lane County (HBALC) is one of over
850 chapters of the National Association of Home Builders, and has grown to
incorporate builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and other professionals in the home
building industry. Each year the Home Builders Construction Company, a wholly owned
subsidiary of the Home Builders Association, designs and constructs the Home
Builder's Choice Home. This home site is where the Tour of Homes kicks off, and the
proceeds from its sale go directly to fund the governmental affairs and activities
of the HBALC, as well as to the promotion of the local building industry. In
addition to the main Tour of Homes, the Florence Chapter of the Home Builders
Association and the Florence Chamber of Commerce sponsor a Florence Tour of Homes,
which will be held on September 22nd and 23rd of this year.
